Vegan Burger Recipe for Raw Dieters

This recipe is for vegan, raw dieters (individuals who don’t eat cooked food).

It is for a vegan burger.

To prepare this recipe, individuals will need to have a food processor.

Individuals that would like to make a “bun” for their burger will need to have a dehydrator.

This burgers requires the following ingredients, raw sunflower seeds, nuts, flaxseeds, coconut oil, cumin, spice and vegetables.

Everything needs to be placed in a food processor.

Once mixed, the mixture should be formed into patties.

These patties taste great on a bed of lettuce.

Again, individuals who would like a bun can make one from dehydrated flax bread.
