It combines tomatoes, a variety of spices, veggie pulp, (the pulp that remains after using the juicer) and a variety of other ingredients.

For those who eat their food cooked, placing them in the oven is perfectly fine.

They require low heat, about 250 degrees, and a short cooking time (10-15 minutes).
